Our projects range from residential homes to commercial and mixed-use developments, with a focus on quality, creativity, and client satisfaction. We're looking for an Architect to lead and support projects from concept development through construction administration. What You'll Do Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction documents Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors Ensure projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards Conduct site visits, project evaluations, and construction observations Assist with permitting and regulatory approval processes Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Participate in client meetings and provide design solutions throughout project development Support construction administration and respond to field inquiries What You Need Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 3-7 years of professional architectural experience Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and codes Excellent design, visualization, and problem‑solving skills Strong communication and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Detail-oriented and highly organized Salary & Benefits Full-time, Monday-Friday Primarily office-based in Kennebunk, ME with occasional site visits Benefits to be discussed Nautilus Construction is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nautilus Construction LLC
