Our care model integrates womens health, precision-informed primary care, and thoughtful diagnostic processes to deliver coordinated, whole-person care./ppWe are seeking a Physician Assistant with strong primary care competence and experience in womens health. This role is 510 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time W-2 position based on performance, clinical excellence, and patient outcomes. This is a high-impact role for a clinician who enjoys providing nuanced, integrated care to women with intersecting medical, psychiatric, and hormonal needs./ph3Clinical Responsibilities/h3pMedication Management/pulliPrescribe and manage medications across primary care and womens health domains in accordance with Virginia PA scope of practice and supervisory agreements./liliEvaluate and manage perimenopause, menopause, dysmenorrhea, PMDD, PCOS, menstrual irregularities, and other hormonal conditions across the reproductive lifespan./liliDevelop and manage personalized hormonal and medical treatment plans, including medication selection, titration, and safety monitoring, accounting for coexisting conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, migraines, metabolic concerns, and chronic fatigue./liliProvide clinical guidance during hormonal transitions and collaborate with supervising physicians, GYN, or psychiatric partners as needed./li/ulpTech-Enabled Care Delivery/pulliUtilize advanced EMR systems, clinical dashboards, structured workflows, and decision-support tools to deliver efficient, high-quality telehealth care./liliMaintain accurate, timely documentation to support continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality standards./li/ulpCollaboration Care Coordination/pulliCollaborate closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary care team members./liliSupport care coordination, follow-up planning, referrals, and patient education to ensure comprehensive, longitudinal care./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliActive Physician Assistant license in Virginia (or ability to obtain)/liliActive DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)/liliExperience in primary care and/or womens health, with comfort managing chronic, multisystem conditions/liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a tech-enabled, telehealth environment/li/ulh3Preferred Experience/h3ulliClinical experience in womens health, including perimenopause, menopause, dysmenorrhea, PCOS, PMDD, and menstrual or hormonal concerns/liliExperience managing psychiatric and medical comorbidities common among women with ADHD or neurodivergence (e.g., anxiety, depression, sleep disorders)/liliPrior telehealth experience/li/ul/div
