Job Overview Infinity Replacement is a dedicated replacement window and door business under the Marvin brand. We connect premium fiberglass products and in‑home consultations directly to homeowners through a seamless experience. Responsibilities Travel between Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua—requires reliable transportation. Engage shoppers, spark conversations, and introduce them to our premium window and door solutions. Generate leads by converting customer interactions into in‑home consultation appointments. Set up and maintain professional displays. Benefits and Compensation Unlimited earning potential: hourly wage of $24 plus weekly bonuses, with the possibility to earn $1,500+ per week and average $30–$35+ per hour. Multi‑location flexibility: work across three key areas for a dynamic, engaging experience. Paid training: expert onboarding to help you succeed. Consistent schedule and hours. Available Shifts Days: Wednesday–Sunday (9am-3pm) Evenings: Wednesday–Sunday (3pm-8:30pm) Qualifications Love starting conversations—outgoing and enjoy connecting with new people. Can handle rejection with confidence, knowing that every “no” brings us closer to a “yes.” Enjoy helping customers and making a great first impression. 18 years of age or older. Have a smartphone. Reliable transportation; travel between Waltham, Dedham, and Nashua. Can lift up to 40 lbs—setting up displays is part of the job. Comfortable on your feet—standing and moving during the shift.
