Head of Social Media

Building and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, the full-time Head of Social Media will manage the CEO's and executives' online presence, develop an employee advocacy program, and create engaging content across various platforms in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own and execute the CEO and executive social strategy, including ghostwriting and coaching on-camera presence Build and scale an employee advocacy program to empower employees as brand voices Set and manage the corporate social strategy across multiple platforms, translating marketing goals into actionable content plans Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in social media, content, or communications roles, with a focus on building programs from scratch A portfolio demonstrating both strategic and execution capabilities in content creation Experience supporting executive social presence through ghostwriting and content strategy Comfort and experience being on camera as a content creator Strong writing skills with an editorial instinct for authentic content creation
