Items Analyst

We have an outstanding Contract position for an Items Analyst to join a leading Company located in the Gilbert, AZ surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**

**Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**

Candidate will perform day-to-day supply chain activities as well as office general operations. Candidate will have daily interface with various Program Sustainment and Repair Operations teams. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Processing repair inductions and closures for TADS/M-TADS assets to be repaired at off-site Depots and/or Suppliers.
• Processing hardware requests in support of inducted repairs at various off-site repair depots.
• Managing Kit Deliveries in support of hardware selloffand to meet the Fielding schedule by coordinating with Production and Configuration Data Management teams.
• Processing obsolete/unrepairable assets for excess/scrap disposition.
• Overseeing general office operations.
• Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Candidates must have at least3-5 years of experience usinga forklift and/or pallet stacker.
• Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of warehousing experience.
• Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience operating a box truck (non-CDL) with 40lbs.lift gate.
• Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift upto 35 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectivelywork within a diverse workforce.
• Logistics, Business Administration orother technical degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience packaging items for shipment to both commercial and military standards (3-5 years experience).
• Experience working in shipping/receiving warehouse operations (3- 5 years' experience).
• Prior experience utilizinginventory management software (3-5 years' experience).
• Basic understanding of U.S. Army supply operations (3-5 years' experience).
• Familiarity with Army regulations and Army Supply (3-5 years' experience).
• Prior military experience.
• Ability to multitask and establish priorities to meet contractual requirements/metrics.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment.
