Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering strictly to established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, identify issues, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality benchmarks.
• Foster a clean and secure work atmosphere while complying with all necessary regulatory standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
