Plasma Center Nurse - RN

Job Description BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd., is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations. Responsibilities Determine donor eligibility and manage donor adverse events. Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results. Execute medical procedures and follow SOPs for medical emergencies. Collaborate with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical issues. Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees. Manage employee incidents and coordinate occupational health referrals. Act as a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; or graduate diploma of a recognized nursing program with state requirements. Licensed or certified RN, NP, or PA in the state of assignment. Current CPR and AED certification. State requirements for basic IV therapy. Completed FDA approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist. Compensation and Benefits Location: USA - MI - Mt Pleasant Hourly wage range: $31.68 - $43.56 U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives and benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. Employees are eligible for up to 80 hours of sick time and new hires can accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
