Communications Manager

From executive messaging and internal campaigns to member communications and content creation, you'll help ensure every message is thoughtful, authentic, and impactful.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Developing and leading internal communication strategies and campaignsCreating content that informs, inspires, and engages employeesWriting executive communications, presentations, and leadership messagingSupporting marketing initiatives with persuasive member-focused copy that drives the reader to actionDeveloping blog, website, and digital content that strengthens our brand, increases membership and depositsCollaborating with partners on public relations and social media effortsManaging communication calendars and content plansMeasuring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve communication effectivenessServing as a trusted communications partner to leaders across the organizationWhat we're looking forWe're less interested in buzzwords and more interested in finding someone who can connect with people through great communication.You may be a great fit if you:Have several years of experience in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related fieldAre an exceptional writer with strong editing and storytelling skills that compels the reader to actionKnow how to adapt your message for different audiences and communication channelsEnjoy building relationships and collaborating across teamsCan manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detailBring both creativity and strategic thinking to your workHave experience supporting leaders and executive communicationsWhy Sharonview?Because what we do matters.Our team is passionate about serving our members, supporting one another, and making a positive difference in the communities we call home.
