Haven Hospice in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a dedicated Hospice Admissions RN to provide patient-centered care during a critical time. You will visit patients in homes and facilities, explain services, obtain consents, and coordinate services with an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include a nursing degree with active RN licensure and at least 1 year hospice experience (3+ years preferred).
