The hospital is known for its advanced surgical programs and comprehensive care options. Ideal candidates will have critical care experience, and experience in preoperative settings is a plus. Unit staffing includes RNs, support staff, and management. The patient care ratio is 1:1, ensuring focused and personalized care. Duties include large-bore IV starts, hair removal, medication administration, and skin assessments. You will also assist with arterial lines, central lines, and epidural placements. Transporting patients to the operating room and assisting with induction and positioning are essential responsibilities. Required skills include excellent documentation and proficiency with BCMA.
