Responsibilities Ensures welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops, and side stations. Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered. Handle guest concerns professionally, resolving issues with empathy and urgency Utilize the Freedom to Go Beyond to resolve guest issues promptly and with great care. Enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance, and conduct of the service team. Assist with the development, training, and inspiration of outlet staff. Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, menu changes, and service priorities Monitor team performance and provide on-the-spot feedback and support Assist with onboarding and cross-training of new staff Oversee opening and closing duties, ensuring checklist completion Assist with inventory control, ordering, and restocking Support scheduling and labor management in coordination with the manager Ensure accurate cash handling, POS procedures, and daily reconciliation Qualifications Knowledge. Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required. Familiarity of restaurant terminology and food service techniques is preferred. Flexibility.
