Personal Injury Attorney (3+ years) - West Palm Beach, FL

Our client has been fighting for injured victims in South Florida since 1992 and we're looking for a personal injury associate to add to the team.
About the Firm
This is not a "BIG law" firm, here every client and attorney is treated with care. You'll have access to mentorship from elite partners and work alongside a team of trial lawyers with over 200 years of combined experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct client interviews, case investigations, and legal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, and discovery
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients at hearings and trial
Requirements
- Must be licensed in FL
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation experience — plaintiff-side preferred
- Casualty, wrongful death, trucking, premises liability, industrial experience is a plus
- A passion for fighting for injured clients and achieving results
