Lead Business Analyst

To support a dynamic project environment, the remote Lead Business Analyst will apply business analysis leadership throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. Key responsibilities Lead requirements elicitation sessions with clients and stakeholders to capture business needs and functional requirements Create clear business requirements, functional specifications, and supporting documentation for solution delivery Facilitate workshops and solution discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including writing business requirements and functional specifications Experience working on medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects Strong understanding of requirements management, testing support, and solution delivery Experience in the life insurance and annuity domain is preferred
