Sr. Technical Program Manager, Amazon Rufus

Amazon Conversational Search is the exciting new LLM-based feature in the Amazon App / Desktop to allow customers to engage with Amazon in natural language conversations. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs to build the leading edge infrastructure behind this experience as well as build new delightful customer experiences in this space.A day in the lifeKey responsibilities for the role will include:* Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Amazon Rufus.* Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs.* Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives.* Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.About the teamWe are a part of Amazon Search focused on building a LLM-based conversational shopping experience called Rufus (search for Amazon Rufus). Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
