Job Description Responsibilities Use established guidelines to correctly operate and maintain the dish machine. Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish racks. Wash pots and pans in the designated pot washer area. Keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times, including sweeping up broken glass or dishes and mopping spills. Empty full trash cans, spray and sanitize after each use, and place new trash bags in containers after cleaning. Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols and safety guidelines. Perform other duties in other areas of the kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating for banquet events when needed.
