Baby Imaging Specialist (Hourly, Full‑Time) Cranial Technologies is dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly and ear shape correction. Location: Indianapolis, IN Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all patients. Work as a team to complete a 360° 3‑dimensional image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi). Serve as the point person to calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi). Schedule new patient and follow‑up appointments in Intergy. Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy. Handle medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients. Qualifications Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Ability to learn quickly and apply in a fast‑paced environment. Capability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping patient experience a priority. Experience caring for or working with infants/children, high‑end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging. Physical Requirements Must be able to squat and bend. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must be able to position and handle patients for DSi imaging. Must be able to move at a fast pace. Compensation & Benefits Position starts at $17.50 - $18.00 an hour with potential increase within 3‑6 months.
