REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Central line placement (preferred)
  
• Arterial line placement (preferred)
  
• Critical care management of MICU, Neuro ICU, and Cardiac ICU patients
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Compact State License (or willing to obtain)
  
• Board: Board Certification required
  
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, APRN
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Critical Care
  
• Other Qualifications: Willing to work day or night shifts. Comfortable with PRN/bench scheduling.
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive critical care management for adult patients in Medical ICU, Neuro ICU, and Cardiac ICU.
  
• Perform patient assessments, manage critical illnesses, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Perform or assist with procedures such as central line and arterial line placement as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Cerner EMR system.
  
• Fill scheduling gaps as needed for a PRN/bench position, available for both day and night 12-hour shifts.
