Job Overview and Qualifications

In the role of a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and the standards of practice for your specific state and specialty. Working alongside medical professionals and the care team, you will deliver tailored, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure a superior patient experience and positive clinical results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the patient’s condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient’s medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, observe the patient for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Deliver outstanding care by responding swiftly to patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and addressing them effectively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terms.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within six months of starting employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or a Registered Nurse Diploma.
