Responsibilities Handle corporate transactions with emphasis on Capital Markets. Lead due diligence teams. Collaborate across practice areas as part of a team and assist in training junior associates. Manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity. Qualifications 1-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Capital Markets. Strong academic credentials and writing skills. Well-versed in the mechanics of Capital Market transactions. General corporate and corporate governance experience. Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas and willingness to train junior associates.
