Job Description

Drive for a carrier that gives you the freedom to run, the miles to earn, and the equipment to stay comfortable. Choose between dry van or reefer freight, enjoy consistent miles, and get paid for every mile you drive—loaded or empty.

Weekly Earnings

Reefer Drivers

Earn $0.81–$0.86 CPM
Average take-home pay up to $2,700 per week

Dry Van Drivers

Earn $0.76–$0.81 CPM
Average take-home pay up to $2,400 per week

Additional Pay:

Paid on all miles , loaded and empty
$150 layover pay
$25/hour detention pay after the first 2 hours
Weekly direct deposit every Friday

Schedule & Freight

Over-the-road (OTR) routes
No New York City deliveries
No forced dispatch
Choose your preferred trailer: Dry Van or Reefer
Average 3,200+ miles per week
Home time options:
- 2 weeks out / 2 days home
- 3 weeks out / 4 days home

Late-Model Equipment

Drive a 2025 or 2026 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia featuring:

Assigned truck—take it home during home time
APU
Refrigerator
Microwave
Power inverter
Driver tablet
EZ Pass and PrePass
Pilot/Flying J fuel cards
Truck speed governed at 72 MPH
Pet-friendly policy from day one

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
No DUI, DWI, or SAP history
No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
No reckless driving convictions or speeding violations of 15 MPH or more
Employment history must meet company guidelines (maximum of 8 jobs in the last 3 years)
Must pass a standard DOT urine drug test (no hair follicle test)
