Drive for a carrier that gives you the freedom to run, the miles to earn, and the equipment to stay comfortable. Choose between dry van or reefer freight, enjoy consistent miles, and get paid for every mile you drive—loaded or empty.
Weekly Earnings
Reefer Drivers
- Earn $0.81–$0.86 CPM
- Average take-home pay up to $2,700 per week
Dry Van Drivers
- Earn $0.76–$0.81 CPM
- Average take-home pay up to $2,400 per week
Additional Pay:
- Paid on all miles , loaded and empty
- $150 layover pay
- $25/hour detention pay after the first 2 hours
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday
Schedule & Freight
- Over-the-road (OTR) routes
- No New York City deliveries
- No forced dispatch
- Choose your preferred trailer: Dry Van or Reefer
- Average 3,200+ miles per week
- Home time options:
- 2 weeks out / 2 days home
- 3 weeks out / 4 days home
Late-Model Equipment
Drive a 2025 or 2026 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia featuring:
- Assigned truck—take it home during home time
- APU
- Refrigerator
- Microwave
- Power inverter
- Driver tablet
- EZ Pass and PrePass
- Pilot/Flying J fuel cards
- Truck speed governed at 72 MPH
- Pet-friendly policy from day one
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
- No DUI, DWI, or SAP history
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No reckless driving convictions or speeding violations of 15 MPH or more
- Employment history must meet company guidelines (maximum of 8 jobs in the last 3 years)
- Must pass a standard DOT urine drug test (no hair follicle test)
