Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Licensed Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients in Owensboro, KY. Your skills will support pediatric and early-adult patients in an outpatient clinic that provides integrated pediatric therapy and behavioral health services.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Experience providing 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Comfort and skill working with children who present a range of behavioral needs.
• Experience with Fusion EMR preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines including ABA, speech-language pathology, and mental health therapy.

Position Details

• Facility type: Outpatient pediatric-focused clinic supporting behavioral health services.
• Shift: Days. Typical schedule M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Flexible scheduling options available due to urgent need (3x12, 4- or 5-day options).
• Caseload model: Primarily 1:1 care; clinic may offer group therapy in some cases.
• Populations served: Infants, children, and early adults; not limited to early intervention.
• Clinic payer mix: Approximately 50% Medicaid.
• Locations hiring: Owensboro, Leitchfield, Vine Grove, Mt. Washington (KY).
• Interview process: Phone or virtual interview depending on candidate.
