The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LAN/WAN technologies , switching fundamentals, basic telephony, and network architecture. This role is field-based and involves installation, integration, and troubleshooting of advanced telecommunication equipment on-site. What you will be doing as a Field Engineer: Install, integrate, and troubleshoot telecom equipment including: Ciena 6500 SAMSUNG RF4439D, RF4440D-13A CBRS RT4401, RT8808, MT6413-77A Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs for telecommunication systems. Support and maintain LAN and WAN infrastructure. Update and maintain network and telephony architecture documentation. Collaborate with engineering teams and technical support to resolve system issues. Accurately document all technical work and support activities. What we are looking in a Field Engineer: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field telecommunications or a related technical role. Strong working knowledge of: LAN/WAN technologies Switching fundamentals and telephony systems Integration experience with Ericsson and Nokia systems is essential. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of telecom hardware and configurations. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CCNA , CCNP , or equivalent are a plus.
