Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, experienced, and efficient candidates for a Production Operator position with a local Ceramic Tile Manufacturer. This interview position will pay $13.00 per hour, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 1:45PM - 10:00PM.


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality and quantity of production
• Ensure lines are running continuously
• Update oncoming Operator of maintenance issues
• Check material, boxes, pallets, labels and barcodes
• Oil and grease motors regularly
• Replace belts, shafts and motors as needed
• Follow all safety rules and procedures of the Company
• Good attitude, performance and attendance is necessary

Qualifications:

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Possess effective written and oral communication
• Able to communicate daily with management about safety related issues
• Capable of standing on a concrete surface for the entire shift
• Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment
• Capable of physical movements such as bending, stooping, and lifting products above the shoulders if necessary
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE
