Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Completion of an accredited Operating Room Technician program, graduation from a non-accredited surgical tech program within the past six months, or two years of scrub tech experience in hospital/military surgical services within the last three years.

Unit Details: - Maintains sterilization criteria and sterile field safety, prepares the operating room and instruments, assists surgeons during procedures, may assist with sterile processing, and performs room turnover between cases.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri with call.

Required Skills/Experience: - Has experience in supervision within surgical services (within ORT scope)

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C
