Experience We're Looking For

We're currently looking for a Customer Success Representative who is professional, dependable, personable, and passionate about creating a great customer experience.

In this role, you'll be an important part of the customer journey- building relationships, answering questions, helping resolve concerns, and making sure every customer feels taken care of from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, customer success, call center, or office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

Your Typical Schedule

MondayFriday: Your schedule will fall between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, based on business needs.

Saturday: Rotation of Saturday morning.
