This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while also providing the opportunity for in-person engagement at our outpatient facility. Work Environment\n

This role offers a blend of remote and outpatient work settings. You will collaborate with other mental health professionals in a supportive environment, including psychiatrists and social workers, allowing for integrated and comprehensive care for our clients. With a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you will have the structure necessary to manage your client load effectively while also dedicating time to professional development and case consultations.

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms and identify their specific needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote empowerment and recovery.

  • Monitor client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to reflect developments in their mental health and well-being.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, discussing cases in team meetings and contributing insights from therapy sessions.

  • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
