As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in keeping the property running smoothly and ensuring residents receive exceptional service. Your skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to resident satisfaction and the overall success of the community.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing routine maintenance, responding to service requests, assisting with apartment turns, and helping maintain the property's appearance and functionality. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, customer-service driven, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks.

• Complete resident work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turnovers.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, common areas, and community amenities.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine effective repair solutions.
• Repair fixtures, doors, locks, lighting, flooring, and other apartment components.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to help reduce future repairs.
• Ensure grounds and common areas remain clean, safe, and attractive.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and team members.

• Previous maintenance, facilities, apartment, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage daily tasks.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials as needed.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
