Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a Level I trauma center located in Springfield, Illinois. The role involves providing specialized care in an interventional cardiac catheterization lab, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures, and monitoring adult patients. The position requires active licensing, relevant clinical experience, and flexibility to float within scope as needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days (0630-1900), minimum 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois Registered Nurse license; minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab; ACLS and BLS certifications; experience required in Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Catheterizations, including Left and Right Heart Catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner charting system experience.
• Additional Information: Will work 2-3 weekends per contract; on-call required as needed; float within scope to meet facility needs; RTO (Reasonable Travel Off) restrictions ideally no more than 5 days; orientation includes 36 hours of training. Candidates must review and submit with SSN and DOB; multiple interview windows should be provided at submission; RTO and start date must be accurate.
