About the Job Waxing Specialist/Esthetician position at Sugaring NYC located at 2809 Heritage Trace Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76177. Entry‑level and experienced candidates welcome. Pay: Base $11/hr plus commissions on membership and products, tips, and other incentives. Location Fort Worth, TX. Job Duties Perform waxing services according to spa quality and time standards. Educate guests on available services: full‑body sugaring, lash lifting & tinting, brow tinting & lamination, and other treatments. Communicate expectations and guide clients throughout their experience. Maintain a professional attitude while driving team and personal success. Manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Share product knowledge and close retail sales. Complete daily planner to track goals and results. Turn over treatment room promptly after each client. Sanitize treatment area between clients and nightly at closing. Promote proper maintenance to clients. Follow communication guidelines and scripting to create a positive work environment. Tailor each guest’s experience to individual needs. Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, etc. Uphold the company’s mission of providing organic, eco‑friendly beauty services. Participate actively in team settings and quarterly staff meetings. Maintain a valid Texas state Esthetician license and ensure room and equipment cleanliness per state requirements. Shift Schedule Full‑time and part‑time shifts available. At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required. Open 7 days a week: Monday–Friday 9 am–9 pm, Saturday & Sunday 9 am–7 pm.
