Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food and Beverage Receiving Lead to oversee the receiving, delivery, and stocking of products to our kitchens and bars. This role will also involve assisting in kitchen preparation to ensure smooth operations. 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

Essential Duties:

· Check in food and beverage deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of products received.

· Deliver and stock products to various kitchens and bars in a timely manner.

· Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving and storage areas.

· Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

· Other duties as are they are assigned. 

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Previous experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

· Inspect and sign off on deliveries, ensuring accuracy.

· Maintain inventory records and update stock levels.

· Organize and store received items properly.

· Process returns for damaged or incorrect shipments.

· Follow health and safety regulations in storage areas.

· Forklift Operation – Safely handling warehouse equipment to move shipments 

· Basic Math Skills – Comparing purchase orders with received goods to ensure correct quantities 

· Safety Regulations Knowledge – Following proper handling and storage procedures to maintain food safety standards.
