This role involves acting as a key consumer advocate, refining assortments based on market trends and insights. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product creation and go-to-market strategies while analyzing business performance to optimize sales and margins. Additionally, they will mentor Associate and Assistant Merchandisers to ensure smooth execution of merchandising deliverables.Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.Drive the execution of the seasonal product strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectivesAct as a key consumer advocate, leveraging insights and market trends to refine assortments and influence product decisions.Manage seasonal line plans, ensuring a balanced assortment that meets financial targets while maintaining brand consistency.Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Planning, Marketing, and Sales) to drive product creation, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.Analyze business performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending in-season actions to drive sales and margin.Mentor and guide Associate and Assistant Merchandisers, fostering skill development and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising deliverables.What do you need to succeed?
