Career Opportunity for Senior Preconstruction Manager in the DMV
Our Client is Expanding in the DMV! The Washington metropolitan area is booming, and our project pipeline is growing faster than ever! We’re seeking an energetic, growth-minded Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction and estimating strategy for our public-sector and federal projects ($5M–$50M). If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want a high-visibility leadership role driving major regional pursuits, we want to hear from you.
Quick Role Overview: You will drive estimating, bid strategies, quantity surveys, design-build coordination, and risk assessments from early pursuit through project handoff. You'll partner closely with government owners, public agencies, architects, and trade partners across DC, Maryland, and Virginia while helping mentor rising preconstruction talent.
What You Bring: They are looking for 5+ years of experience in preconstruction and estimating on $5M–$50M projects, along with proven success in government procurement and design-build delivery. You should bring strong communication skills, proficiency in Bluebeam and modern estimating tools, and a knack for building trusted industry relationships.
