CVICU Registered Nurse – Nights

Contract | Nights | 3 days per week, 18:00–06:30 | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting at a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Operate and monitor advanced hemodynamic and cardiac support equipment including Edwards Life Sciences CCO monitoring, Tablo dialysis, Autocat II intra-aortic balloon pump, and Impella devices
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements of 5 weekend days per six-week schedule cycle

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience in a CVICU or similar critical care environment
• Proficiency with advanced cardiac monitoring and hemodynamic support devices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with Impella and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP/Autocat II) management
• Experience with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) or Tablo dialysis systems
• CCRN or relevant critical care certification
