Pay: $22–$25/hour + Overtime (1.5x)

Location: Pueblo, CO

Shift: 1st (6:00am-6:30pm) or 3rd (6:30pm-6:00am)

We are hiring General Production Workers to support a fast-paced industrial fabrication environment. This role includes material prep, assisting with welding, and general labor tasks while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

• Prepare materials (sanding, grinding, layout)
• Assist welding team and train on equipment
• Perform basic fabrication and tack welding
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Inspect materials and finished products

• Experience in general labor, production, or construction preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and working in a physical environment
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• 1st (6:00am-6:30pm) or 3rd shift (6:30pm-6:00am)

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
