This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment.DutiesPrepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers, following established recipes and presentation standards.Engage with guests warmly to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience.Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development.Handle cash handling responsibilities diligently, including processing payments and giving accurate change.Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions.ExperienceProven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience.Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends.Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse customer needs.Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety awareness.Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable to ensure smooth operation during events or peak hours.Join us in creating unforgettable moments for our guests!
