Senior Manufacturing Technician

As a Senior Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will support and enhance our manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and operational efficiency. You will use your technical expertise to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize manufacturing equipment and systems, contributing directly to the success of our production goals. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an on‑site schedule. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes and equipment promptly. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing workflows. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all manufacturing activities. Document maintenance activities, process changes, and technical issues accurately for continuous improvement and audit purposes. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing technician roles with strong hands‑on technical skills. In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and techniques for mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with manufacturing process controls and quality assurance standards. Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance in a manufacturing environment. Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing technology or related field. Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits Competitive salary range of $60,500 to $90,700.
