We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Representative to join our BDC team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and guiding customers through their online vehicle search, this role may be a great fit for you. As part of our Internet Sales Team, you’ll respond to online inquiries, provide accurate information, and help customers take their next step toward purchasing a vehicle. Your communication and customer service skills will help build trust and ensure each customer feels supported throughout the process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Engage with customers through various online platforms to understand their vehicle needs and provide effective solutions.

· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of dealership inventory, including new and used vehicles, and current market trends.

· Process customer inquiries efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely responses.

· Build and sustain strong relationships with potential customers to drive sales conversions.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between online leads and showroom activities.

· Assist customers with inquiries regarding financing options, vehicle specifications, and availability.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the BDC team.

· Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.

· Previous experience in a dealership BDC department is essential.

· E-commerce experience is a plus.

· Strong understanding of automotive products and market dynamics.

· Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

· Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Advanced computer skills.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
