Part-Time Groundskeeper

Job Full Description

We have been asked by a Retail Shopping Plaza in Noblesville to help them find a Part-Time Groundskeeper. In this role, you will help keep the shopping plaza clean, attractive, and welcoming by performing groundskeeping, litter removal, property inspections, and light maintenance duties.

PAY & SCHEDULE


• $20.00 per hour
• 3 hours per day
• 4 days per week
• Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Flexible hours during retail business hours
• Consistent year-round part-time work

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PART-TIME GROUNDSKEEPER?


• Pick up litter and debris throughout the shopping plaza
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles and replace liners
• Keep sidewalks, curbs, and common areas clean and presentable
• Maintain dumpster areas and service drives
• Perform routine property inspections
• Take photos of maintenance concerns and report them to management
• Assist with light handyman and property maintenance tasks

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL YOU HAVE AS A PART-TIME GROUNDSKEEPER?


• Groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and perform light physical work
• Basic handyman skills are a plus
• Reliable transportation
