Fellows are encouraged to apply.Hiring Package:$275,000 starting salaryUp to 25,000 sign-on bonus4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME annuallyNo buy-in practice partnership opportunity after two yearsSchedule/Practice Details:1:6 weekend call (Fri, Sat, Sun call coverage)4-day workweeks: each physician is expected to fill 25 daily slots/100 weekly [new patients = 2 slots, follow-up patients = 1 slot] with a cap of 5 new patients per day7 tenured physician practice w/ 8 APPsAPPs: 2 hospital-based, 2 PT weekends only; 4 office basedTwo team approach – Team A and Team B – Team A covers clinic one week, while Team B covers hospital, then they switch every weekAll profits are equally allocated (based on individual FTE) amongst partners and medical directors accordinglyImmediate patient base for new providersFlorida Kidney Physicians – Space Coast is the only nephrology practice covering entire southside of county3 physicians and 2 APPs cover 7 hospitals – census typically 3-5 pts at most of hospitals with ~85% at the main large hospital; total census 80-100/day~22% of patients on home dialysisFellows are encouraged to apply!At Florida Kidney Physicians we value collaboration, professional growth, and patient-centered care.
