Weekend Supervisor – Vivo West Orange (Ocoee, FL)
Position Summary

Vivo West Orange is seeking a reliable and experienced Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality care during weekend shifts. This leadership role is key to maintaining smooth facility operations, supporting nursing staff, and promoting resident well-being. We’re looking for someone confident, organized, and committed to excellent care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and oversee care delivery during weekend shifts

• Provide direct nursing care as needed and respond to urgent resident needs

• Ensure compliance with care plans, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

• Support staffing coordination and shift coverage

• Communicate with families, physicians, and department heads as necessary

• Document and report any significant changes, incidents, or updates

• Serve as the on-site administrative leader during weekends

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure

• Familiar with EMR systems and documentation practices
