Join us to innovate for impact and reimagine the future of health and nutrition for patients and consumers.POSITION SUMMARYThe Warehouse Operator III is responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to support warehouse operations in addition to being able to fulfill duties of Warehouse I and II as needed. This position plays a crucial role in the movement of materials, including picking, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving, and maintaining a well-organized work environment while maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) in each area. Furthermore, this role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the areas of cycle count process and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse III Operator reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and receives daily direction and guidance.Days: Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-5:30PMKey ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other advanced material handling equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to designated areas.Load and unload trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against relevant documentation, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and purchase orders.Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory management systems.Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, ensuring materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.Collaborate with warehouse team members to coordinate daily activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.Provide updates, report issues, and contribute to a positive work environment.Pick, pack, and stage materials accurately for shipment, following established procedures and safety guidelines while maintaining KPI's.Engage in Daily Shift meetings using 2-way communications to review shift actual results to goalsPerform general housekeeping tasks and other duties as assigned.Act as an on-the-job trainer and deliver essential training to associates for specific job functions.Experience and Education Requirements3 + years' experience preferredAbility to obtain valid forklift operator certificationHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.Basic mathematical skills. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
