This position requires very strong planning, management, and communication abilities. Responsible for all deliverables of the project. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry Understanding of project management Experience with driving financial results Willingness to travel PMP preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Responsibilities Project Management Manages projects' net revenue of $500k to $10-20MM+ Satisfies stakeholder expectations Optimizes the use of organizational resources Capable of effectively managing constraints Responsible for project team. Leads the team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives Responsible for ensuring standardization by following processes and holding accountabilityResponsible for timely and clear information processing and distribution Professional and courteous communicator: verbal and written Capable of prioritizing tasks and activities Makes decisions and executes tasks to maintain projects’ schedules and budgets Self-sufficient in daily operations that pertain to this position Responsible for the technical and financial sides of the project Continuously maintains and helps grow strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and subcontractors Trains and guides other team members Develops or helps the team develop Procurement schedule. Tracks and monitors.
