  • Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet their specific mental health needs.

  • Supervise and mentor practicum students as they pursue clinical licensure, providing weekly individual and group supervision sessions that shape their professional identity.

  • Develop, document, and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, accommodating their unique backgrounds, values, and therapy goals.

  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in our electronic health record system, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress and adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Engage with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources, fostering relationships that enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range in age and background, presenting a diverse array of mental health challenges. You will primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Facilitating resilience and coping strategies will be key to enhancing their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • A valid New York State license such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

  • Professional liability insurance to ensure protection in your practice.

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, with a strong foundation in providing psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a supervisory role or working with practicum students would be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies is also preferred to streamline the virtual counseling experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
