This role involves providing specialized patient care in a dynamic setting, with a focus on post-operative recovery and monitoring. The position offers an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Job Details Position: PACU Post Anesthesia Care Unit Location: Iowa Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 09/14/2026 and ending on 12/14/2026. Required Qualifications: Active Iowa or multistate nursing license, 24 months of current PACU/post anesthesia care experience, EPIC electronic medical records experience, pediatric care experience, strong telemetry reading and measuring skills, drips and titration experience, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric patients and telemetry is strongly preferred. Additional Information: Minumum of 12 months PACU/post anesthesia care specific experience. Skills checklist must be discipline-specific. Drivers license document required. Orientation dates are scheduled for 9/14, 9/21, and 9/28. Candidates will need to work 1-2 of the upcoming Summer holidays unless the unit is closed. Submission Requirements: Candidates must provide a professional reference from within the last 24 months, a valid drivers license, and relevant certifications.
