About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director, Chief Security Officer to lead and support the strategy and execution of global security initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security programs that address evolving risks, with a focus on physical security, security operations, and technology. This role requires a dynamic manager with a strong background in risk assessment, crisis management, and security technologies, who can provide effective security solutions and risk-mitigation plans for the company's people, facilities, and intellectual property. The Chief Security Officer will also be accountable for leading teams, maintaining a strong network of government and industry contacts, and partnering with various stakeholder groups to ensure the safety and security of the organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 15 years' in corporate security, law enforcement, or military, and a proven track record in global security operations. The role demands a leader with the ability to attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as the capacity to drive operational efficiencies and standardize security services. Experience in executive protection, program management for VIP security, and a background in government intelligence or national security are preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making skills, the ability to communicate and influence effectively, and a demonstrated record of leadership and team-building. The position requires a commitment to the company's values and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
