Authorize & Document Ancillary Services: Secure and record authorizations for ancillary services, while systematically managing and documenting critical denial reporting. Facilitate Referrals & Swift Discharges: Manage patient referrals based on preference, expediting discharges by securely transmitting target documentation to receiving facilities. Optimize Payer & Staff Communication: Document all payer interactions and proactively communicate updates to case management staff to arrange seamless patient transfers. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
