Our Nashville Midtown Specialty Clinic is dedicated to helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes through highly specialized rehabilitation services. In partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas, our team provides comprehensive care for individuals with neurological conditions, complex medical diagnoses, and lymphedema. We pride ourselves on delivering one-on-one, patient-centered care that emphasizes clinical excellence, compassionate service, and evidence-based treatment.

We are seeking a Lymphedema Physical Therapist who is passionate about improving patients' quality of life through individualized treatment and education. What You'll Do as a Lymphedema Physical Therapist

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment

• Continue learning and growing through Upstream's education and development programs

Schedule Options

• Full Time (30-40 hours) - preferred
• Part Time (1-29 hours)
• PRN (1-19 hours, as needed)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) preferred
• Candidates with lymphedema training or experience in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and patient education will also be considered

Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to your pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic.
