About the Role: As an RBT at Integrity Learning Center, you’ll be a hands‑on superhero in a child’s journey to success! Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, you’ll help children learn important life skills—like communicating, playing, and handling big emotions—through fun and engaging activities. Think of it as structured play with a purpose! Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll work one‑on‑one with children aged 2‑7, helping them gain confidence, independence, and essential skills that will serve them for life.
