Wenger Construction is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing and Siding Service Technician to join our growing Service Division. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and committed to doing quality work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience
• Commercial roofing and/or siding experience preferred
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial building exteriors is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team
• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Service Technician, you'll help protect and maintain commercial buildings by inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining roofing, siding, and sheet metal systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting commercial roofing, siding, and sheet metal systems
• Diagnosing leaks and exterior building issues
• Performing repairs and preventative maintenance
• Installing or replacing roofing, siding, flashing, gutters, trim, and sealants
• Operating hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other construction equipment safely
• Reading work orders, drawings, and project plans
• Communicating professionally with customers, project managers, and coworkers
• Documenting completed work
• Following OSHA regulations and Wenger Construction safety standards
• Representing Wenger professionally on every job site
