Application Developer - ERP Business Analyst

Salary: $71,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience; the typical profile has 3 or more years.
• Preferred: Knowledge of process management or improvement, including Six Sigma, or related certification.
• Preferred: PMI PMP or Agile certification.
• Preferred: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Power Platform, Azure, or other third-party platforms.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SAP BTP, including Datasphere, WorkZone, Integration Suite, or Business Application Studio.
• Preferred: Experience with AI services or applications.

• Develop, implement, support, and maintain cloud platforms and software applications within our ERP organization, using business analysis and agile practices.
• Partner with platform product teams and stakeholders to implement SAP, SAP BTP, Microsoft Azure, and other third-party applications in line with approved technologies, architecture, and business processes.
• Lead engineers and cross-functional stakeholders, with limited supervision, in developing low-code and custom product solutions.
• Support product portfolio management by applying project management and business analysis skills, documenting deliverables, and facilitating agile activities.
• Apply architecture standards and business processes to guide application direction, and investigate moderately complex business and system issues to identify solutions.
• Communicate with users and respond to application development requests and needs.
• Coordinate advanced and complex application support to deliver business outcomes.
• Work with developers, product managers, and business partners to align products with standards and project goals.
• Review, analyze, and prioritize incident tickets and user requests.
• Maintain constructive relationships with software vendors and manage meetings and expectations.
